1st International H.K.D. Seminar in Morocco

The Moroccan National Committee for Self-Defense Systems, under the auspices of the Royal Moroccan Federation of Defensive Peace Dragon, is pleased to announce the organization of the 1st International H.K.D. Seminar in Morocco, taking place from 15 to 18 April 2027.

Organized in representation of the International H.K.D. Federation, under the presidency of Grand Master Myung Sung-kwang, this landmark event will pay tribute to the memory, teachings, and international legacy of the late Kuksanim Myung Jae-nam, founder of the International Hapkido Federation.

The seminar will also honor MooGongKwan, founded by Great Grand Master Kwang Suk Choi, a direct disciple of Kuksanim Myung Jae-nam and co-founder of the International Hapkido Federation.

Over four days, the event will bring together renowned masters, instructors, technical officials, and practitioners from Morocco and abroad. Participants will take part in intensive technical and educational training sessions dedicated to:

• Hapkido
• Hankido
• Hankumdo
• Self-Defense Systems
• Technical evaluations and DAN grading examinations

The seminar aims to provide a high-level platform for technical development, knowledge sharing, international cooperation, and the transmission of the authentic values and principles of the H.K.D. disciplines.

The presence of senior international representatives and direct disciples of Kuksanim Myung Jae-nam will give the event exceptional technical, historical, and institutional significance. Their expertise will contribute to ensuring the overall supervision of the seminar, leading the training sessions, and presiding over the scheduled evaluations and DAN examinations.

This international gathering will also strengthen cooperation between the International Hapkido Federation World Headquarters, MooGongKwan, and Moroccan organizations committed to the sustainable development of Hapkido, Hankido, Hankumdo, and Self-Defense disciplines.

The event is organized at the initiative of Master Amine Sadiky, Chairman of the International H.K.D. Federation in Morocco, in fulfilment of his responsibilities as the official representative of the International Federation and MooGongKwan in Morocco.
